The HANNA HI720 calcium hardness tester is a digital colorimeter for calcium hardness testing. With the HI720 calcium hardness tester you can easily, accurately and cost-effectively measure calcium hard ness .

Water hardness is mainly due to the presence of calcium and magnesium ions. In addition, other types of ions such as iron, zinc and manganese also contribute to the presence of total hardness. It is essential to monitor hardness in order to prevent scaling in the piping system.

Our meter achieves more accurate results than the usual visual test. It is the alternative that avoids having to visualize the values obtained by means of a color table, providing a direct result of bromine in a digital way.

HANNA checkers are small, portable and, above all, provide more accurate results than typical chemical test kits. Offering improved technology, their simple design allows for easy, uncomplicated measurement.

These digital photometers or test kits serve as a bridge between very simple test kits and professional instrumentation such as a calibrated photometer.
